Maxxima are currently recruiting for Adults Team Manager to fill a Temporary/Full Time role for Local Authority Services to fill a role in SOLIHULL
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced, innovative and creative manager to lead the implementation and on-going shaping and development of the hospital discharge to assess model in Solihull. Working in a fast paced environment you will be part of an highly experienced and dedicated team delivering effective supervision and leadership to a ensure a person centred-approach, promoting independence and well-being and achieving better outcomes for people, carers and their families.
Full time position
May be required to work occasional weekends 
Rate will be dependant on the applicant
At the moment there is one team on discharge and one team on post discharge(D2A) where the patient is at home post discharge. This TM will manage one of these yet to be confirmed. Their job is to help colleagues in changing the way we are modelling complex discharge hubs to integrate hubs and need someone who can pull data and analyse.
They must have hospital experience and are not looking to upskill anyone they must be able to come in and hit the ground running. This will be around 4 months but will likely be extended depending on circumstances.

The pay rate for this Adults Team Manager  role is up to £40 per hour umbrella
