On Wednesday 18th January, we streamlined the Labmed and Swim brands to simply Maxxima.
Why have we done this?
For over 15 years, Maxxima has been offering high quality, flexible staffing solutions to the health and social care sectors through Labmed and Swim. Each company has achieved amazing success over the past few years; Labmed through providing AHPs, health science services and nursing, and Swim through providing all disciplines of social work.
Back in November 2014 we were delighted to be acquired by Independent Clinical Services (ICS), a leading provider of health, life sciences and social care staffing and services to the UK health sector. Since then, we’ve gone from strength to strength, and last year we decided that having three separate brands no longer reflected our business.
What does it mean for our candidates and clients?
The short answer to this is ‘not much’. The way we work together won’t change and you’ll still receive the same great service. It’s just our appearance that has changed.
You can now see a new, improved website, supporting marketing material and stationery, easily identifiable due to a lovely new logo and colour palette which conveys our positive and friendly attitude.
Do our candidates and clients need to do anything?
All Swim and Labmed email addresses are automatically redirected so you don’t have to worry about updating your contacts. However, if you’re emailing someone at Maxxima for the first time, their email is now firstname.surname@maxximagroup.com.
Candidates who have registered on the previous Labmed and Swim websites will need to register at maxximagroup.com to take advantage of the site’s fantastic new functionality.
