​January's Viewpoint Results.

It's been more than six months since the launch of Viewpoint, our experience management programme helping us improve the service you receive from Maxxima. By implementing Viewpoint, we're giving you the opportunity to share your perspective and shape our service.

As always, we're committed to putting you first, meeting your requirements and providing you with excellent work opportunities. That's why feedback gathered throughout this programme will help us focus on the things that really matter to you.

Thank you to everyone who completed our candidate survey earlier this year. It's great to see that in each survey, more of you are sharing your invaluable feedback with us, which has provided some great insights on what we're doing well and where we can improve.

Here's the latest improvements and updates from all of us here at Maxxima, with thanks to your feedback.

This is why we have recently undertaken a rigorous data cleansing exercise and updated relevant stored information to optimise our radial search function. Maintaining and improving our data forms a core part of how we can offer you targeted roles in your preferred locations and speciality.

Let's get compliant

Refining our compliance procedures and making this as seamless as possible for you remains a priority for us. We have recently restructured and grown our compliance team so we can offer you further support and get you out to work faster. We have one team solely focusing on your initial onboarding and preparing you for your new assignment. Our additional compliance team is focused on keeping your documentation updated while you are in post to safeguard and protect your locum contract for any pending audit by Government Framework.

We recently introduced you to ‘Emily’, our virtual assistant. We are set to rollout a new update to Emily, making it even easier to keep your compliance up to date. The latest features will include an auto-check of your DBS update status, alerts to your training sessions and also automatic uploading of your compliance documents.

Your timesheets and pay

We're trialling online timesheets with a view of making it as seamless as possible for you to get paid. The new process involves automation, transmitting timesheets directly from the client you’re working with into our payroll system. This removes the current manual processes between timesheet submission and receiving your pay. We are currently piloting this technology with a number of clients and we hope to roll it out across Maxxima very soon. We look forward to keeping you updated with this.
