Welcome to your first Viewpoint survey results for 2023.
Thank you to everyone who gave us their much-valued feedback in our winter 2022 survey. Unfortunately, December did see our lowest ever participation rate, and we’d really love to see this change moving forward. We encourage you to complete each Viewpoint survey throughout 2023, so that we can make those improvements to our service that mean the most to you.
With that said, we’d like to take this opportunity to share with you everything our teams have been working on, as a result of your honest opinions, suggestions, and feedback at the end of last year.
Upgrades to Emily – our compliance chatbot
We’ve listened to your feedback regarding Emily, our chatbot, and we’re pleased to announce that we have made significant upgrades which will transform the experience you have when communicating with her. Emily will look the same but she will be more intuitive and user-friendly, meaning more intelligent and precise conversations with her. This will result in you getting exactly what you need from each interaction with her.
Payment methods - simplified
Drum roll please… Our long sought-after payment methods video is now live!
We know joining an agency for the first time can be a daunting task, with lots of decisions that need to be made. That’s why we’ve created a short explainer video to help you understand the different payment methods on offer when working with Maxxima. No matter where you are in the process with Maxxima, whether you are in the onboarding process, applying for roles or are currently in placement, it is worth taking a look at this video, so you can ensure you are continuously making the best decisions for you during your time with us.
Improving your Direct Engagement experience
Your feedback and comments on our Direct Engagement portals have been incredibly insightful so far. As such, we’re working on an action plan with our Direct Engagement clients to transform your experience of using the portals. This will take some time, but we wanted to share this exciting development with you.
And it doesn’t stop there. We’re also launching a new placement booking confirmation email for each Direct Engagement portal. This means that from February onwards, you’ll have all the relevant portal information you need, at the point of booking.
We acknowledge that Direct Engagement is an area where we have seen frustrations within our workforce, so we hope you can see that we are proactively seeking ways to make improvements. To date, we have created helpful content for 10 portals on our website, creating a ‘how to’ experience so you have the information at your fingertips, when you need it.
Variety of roles
It was great to see your feedback on our ever-growing range of roles. You may have noticed that we’ve been posting more vacancies on our website than ever before; over the last couple of months alone, we have added over 1000 new jobs. We will continue to push for more variety, to bring you the best vacancies in the sector.
New contract wins
Here at Maxxima, we never rest on our laurels. As such, we are excited to share our most recent master vendor contract wins, meaning more exclusive job opportunities for you:
InHealth, a specialist provider of diagnostic and healthcare solutions. They provide a wide variety of tests, scans, and treatments to millions of patients each year, the majority of whom are NHS patients. This includes audiology, endoscopy, radiography, CT scans, MRI, breast screening and x-rays. We’re also excited to announce that we’re working on new national project to deliver the UK’s largest ever health research programme. We’ll share more details of this with you in the very near future, but if you’re a phlebotomist or healthcare support worker, there will be fantastic opportunities across England for those wanting to make a real difference to the world we live in.

Throughout the winter months we increased our referral bonus amount to thank you for the amazing professionals you shared with us. We are also now close to truly transforming our referral process so that referring a friend and getting paid your bonus will be much easier, which we are really excited about.
This project will take a couple of months to implement but we hope to be able to give you an update with timescales in our next Viewpoint communication.
