We want to ensure we're always providing you with the best experience possible and communicating effectively. Our team have recently been enrolled on a dedicated training programme to improve our communication levels further and ensure you're provided with the correct information at the right time.
One area of focus will be on the information we provide to you about our clients and a more streamlined way for you to access this. We want to help you understand more about how our clients work and ensure you have all the correct information before starting an assignment so you can feel confident and prepared as you start your new role with us.

First of all, we are really pleased to see improving feedback on both rates of pay and our timesheet and payment processes; however, we understand the importance of this and continue to make changes to improve the experience around pay.
As mentioned in previous updates, we really do understand how confusing it can be when deciding which payment method is the best option for you. We're excited to have been able to create an explainer video for you which covers all our different payment options, and we hope this helps you make an easy and informed decision. We have also created a variety of detailed guides on our website that you can refer to at any time, explaining how our payroll process works and how different direct engagement payment methods work.

In addition, we've now rolled out our dedicated candidate care team, whose primary responsibility is to ensure you are paid on time and correctly. They will also proactively inform you of any payment issues and resolve them efficiently.
