​Here at Maxxima, we provide temporary locum Allied Health and Health Science workers to Walsall Healthcare NHS Trust, at Walsall Manor Hospital. Walsall Healthcare Trust are the only provider of NHS acute care in Walsall providing local general hospital and community services to around 260,000 people in and around the area. They’re a major local employer with a workforce of over 4000 staff.

Walsall Manor Hospital houses the full range of district general hospital services under one roof. With 550 acute beds, they provide a wide range of services including a 24-hour accident and emergency department.

In 2010 the hospital underwent a substantial £170 million development of their Pleck Road site, and they are continuing to upgrade existing areas, ensuring state-of-the-art operating theatres, treatment areas, and equipment, including a new intensive and critical care unit.
