City Health Care Partnership (CHCP)is an independent, co-owned Community Interest Company providing high-quality local health and care services at several sites across Hull and East Yorkshire.
Commissioned by the NHS and local authorities, it's a socially responsible business whose profits are re-invested into its services, staff, and the communities it works within. It employs nearly 2,500 people and has around 1.7m patient contacts each year across more than 50 services in community settings, ranging from palliative care to urgent care.
