Let’s talk more about the trust
Doncaster and Bassetlaw Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (DBTH) is one of Yorkshire’s leading acute trusts, serving a population of more than 440,000 across South Yorkshire, North Nottinghamshire, and the surrounding areas.
The trust has three main hospital sites and a number of additional services and is one of only five Teaching Hospitals in Yorkshire. By the end of 2023, it is projected to train 25% of all medical students in the region as well as the 30% of all other healthcare professional students it currently trains.
The trust employs over 6,800 staff and has a great sense of community and identity, with an accessible leadership team. It focuses on every member of staff being able to make a difference by contributing to patient care and having a personal stake in its future successes and achievements.
