Welcome to July's Viewpoint update.
Thank you to all those who dedicated their time to participate in our recent Viewpoint survey. Once again, our unwavering commitment remains to prioritise your needs, connect you with exceptional job opportunities, and understand your preferences to provide you with the finest service possible. Your consistent and candid feedback holds immense value in guiding us towards recognising the areas where further improvement is necessary
Keep reading if you’re curious about our plans to translate your feedback from the latest survey into action.
Communication
We have recently introduced a new system for our recruitment consultants to communicate the key details of each new work assignment with you. Everything from pay rates to payment methods will be documented for clarity and consistency to ensure you get all the information you need upfront in a concise format.
We’re also enlisting more Viewpoint and candidate experience champions within our internal teams to ensure all survey feedback is reviewed and cascaded to the wider business where necessary. All feedback will also be addressed directly by a divisional manager who will carry out a full in-depth report to ensure you get a satisfactory resolution every time and can have confidence in our processes and service levels being maintained to the highest standards.
Vacancy management
We’re investing more resources into our online vacancy management to allow us to monitor our roles more regularly to ensure all jobs are listed and the jobs you see are still available.
Your pay
Here at Maxxima, we recognise that receiving your pay and information about your pay is naturally important to you. Our new work assignment document sets out more precise and thorough payment details, and we continue to update our website and video payment information when required.
Our recruitment consultants continue to receive ongoing training on remuneration packages and direct engagement models so that they can explain all of this to you, and we now have a team dedicated to payment processing and resolving payment queries so we can tackle payment queries earlier and more effectively than ever before.
The way you submit your timesheets is changing
If you’re currently paid by Maxxima via paper timesheets, you will shortly receive an email outlining the new process for submitting a digital timesheet. Our new easy to use timesheet portal reduces calculation errors, is more environmentally friendly with no need for paper timesheets, is more flexible with submissions via your phone, tablet or desktop which are automatically added to the payroll queue, and you’ll also be able to get your timesheet approved online or via email, saving you time. More details will follow in the coming days, but we’re excited to bring you this improvement to our payment process.
Compliance Virtual Assistant - update now live
Following recent survey feedback, we have updated our virtual assistant, Emily. New programming upgrades have been implemented for improved efficiency and security of personal data, enhanced functionality, interaction and responsive communication. Emily is now more flexible and proactive, prompting you to get an unlimited number of compliance documents uploaded before they expire, in whichever order you choose, rather than having to follow a strict document upload process. Emily also includes a quick and easy to complete evidence declaration form so you no longer have to upload your own evidence information. Emily can even offer you a simple call back option, so you can access our diary appointment booking system should you want to speak to with your compliance coordinator about more detailed queries.
Your feedback matters
Thank you once again for sharing your feedback with us. Please watch out for our next Viewpoint survey, which will be with you very soon, and we’d love it if you could participate.
