Welcome to Septembers Viewpoint update

Thank you to everyone who gave us their much-valued feedback in our latest Viewpoint survey. Your participation continues to provide great value in helping us identify the areas we still need to improve.

Communication and support

We’re aware that our communication and support levels have, at times, not met your expectations and the high standards we set ourselves. We’re committed to providing excellent service and are investing in customer experience training for our recruitment, candidate care and administration teams.

We’ve also recently introduced a new Customer Charter, which sets out our business values and our overall objective of ‘Transforming healthcare by delivering exceptional customer experiences’. Our Customer Charter aims have been instilled in our internal teams as part of our commitment to focus on improving your experience throughout your journey with Maxxima and delivering consistent support.

Shift and placement availability

We understand finding your perfect role can take time; however, please rest assured we are committed to assisting you in achieving your career aspirations. Market conditions are currently challenging, and we recognise staffing demand is lower in some regions and specialities than it has been in recent years. We’re actively working to secure new clients and diversify our client base, partnering with new trusts and private sector organisations to improve the variety of shifts and placements available.

Payment process

When you already have such a busy workload, we know that chasing your pay can be frustrating, and we’re doing everything possible to remedy the situation to ensure you are paid on time every time. We are investing in payment process training for our administration and candidate care teams to ensure payments are processed accurately and proactively to avoid any further delays.
