Job description

Maxxima Nursing Team is currently seeking for a Band 3 Mental Health Support Worker  to fill a full time role in Bury St Edmunds.  The ideal candidate will have experience working with older adult who are experiencing mental health problems. 

The hours for this role are a mixture of early (7:30-15:00), late (13:30-21:30), and long days. 
This NHS role will require you to work with a service that provides care for older adults who are experiencing acute mental health problems. The purpose of admission is for assessment, treatment and therapy and support in helping adults return to well-being and independence.

The pay rate for this locum Band 3 Mental Health Support Worker job are £11.00 per hour (Umbrella) for days, £13.00 per hour (Umbrella) for lates and Saturdays, £15.00 per hour (Umbrella), for Sundays and Bank holidays. This is  a one month contract, subject to extension to start ASAP.
Requirements of Band 3 Mental Health Support Worker role:
• You must have at least 2 years’ experience as a support worker or healthcare assistant 
• You must have experience working with older adults 
• You must have experience working within mental health
