Maxxima’s nursing team is currently recruiting for a Band 3 Phlebotomist / Support Worker to fill a full role in the Primary Care Team in Waltham Forest. The ideal candidate will have expert knowledge and skills as a Phlebotomist.
 
Successful candidates will be expected to run the wellbeing clinic Monday to Friday, which will involve taking bloods, assessing lifestyle behaviour, ECG, along with height and weight measurement.
 
To be considered you must have an understanding of basic nursing standard and must be an experienced phlebotomist.
 
You will need to be able to take blood pressure, assess lifestyle behvaiour such as alcohol and smoking usage.
 
The team are looking for candidates with good communication skills with both patients and colleagues.
 
The hours of work are Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm
