Maxxima’s nursing team are currently recruiting for a Band 5 Funded Nursing Care Assessor to fill a full time role in Central London (remote working at present). The ideal candidate will have experience working with CHC/FNC  
 
In this NHS role you will undertake completion of CHC checklist and annual reviews for eligibility for Funded Nursing Care. You will assess patients referred to the service, and recognise those clients with a chance in care need, referring to a senior for further assessment of eligibility.

This is a full time, 37.5 hour per week role to be worked remotely initially, and is a 3 month contract to start ASAP.  
 
The pay rate for this Band 5 Funded Nursing Care Assessor is £230 per day (Umbrella). 
 
Requirements of this Band 5 Funded Nursing Care Assessor vacancy:

  • All applications must be a registered nurses with valid NMC Pin
  • You must have experience within CHC and FNC .
  • You must have at least 2 years post-registration experience.
