Maxxima’s nursing team are currently recruiting for Band 5 Mental Health Nurses to join this inpatients team in Scunthorpe, the roles will be working on the adult and older adult wards. The ideal candidates will have a significant understanding of mental health practices.
 
The role will be based at Mulberry House, who caters for service users who are suffering from an acute episode of mental ill health, some of whom may be detained under the Mental Health Act. The team are looking for candidates who can work a mixture of shifts across 7 days (early, late, night & long days) for at least the next 3 months.
 
The pay rate for this Band 5 Mental Health Nurse is £18.00 for days, £23.00 for nights and Saturdays and £28.00 for Sundays (umbrella)  
 
 Requirements of this Band 5 Mental Health Nurse role
  • Professional qualification in mental health Nursing (RMN) with current NMC registration
  • Previous experience or student placement on an inpatient ward
  • Able to commit to working a mixture of early, late, night & long days for at least the next 3 months
