Maxxima’s nursing team is currently recruiting for a Band 6 CAMHS A&E Crisis Specialist Nurse to fill a full-time role in the CAMHS A&E Crisis Team based in Chelsea & Westminster.
 
The team are looking for an experienced A&E liaison nurse required to work with CAMHS presentations across St Mary's and Chelsea & Westminster hospital sites weekdays only. 
 
To be considered you must be able to demonstrate your ability to work with young people in crisis and liaise with wider professional network essential. 
 
You must have experience of biopsychosocial assessments and superb risk assessment and safety planning skills as well as ability to work within a team.
 
The team are offering either long days 8-8 or shifts 8-4, 12-8 working Monday through to Friday.
 
The pay rate for this Band 6 CAMHS A&E Crisis Specialist Nurse is £25.00 per hour (Umbrella), initially for 3 months and due to start in October 2020.
 
Requirements of this Band 6 CAMHS A&E Crisis Specialist Nurse vacancy:
  • You must be a Registered Mental Health Nurse with a valid NMC Pin
  • Advanced and developed interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience of biopsychosocial assessments
