Maxxima’s nursing team are currently recruiting for a Band 6 CAMHS Nurse to fill a full-time role in North London. The ideal candidate will have a significant understanding of children and young people’s mental health care practices.

In this NHS role you will work as part of a specialist 12 bed inpatient general adolescent unit, treating young people with acute and severe forms of mental illness. There is a strong emphasis on co-production and reflective practice is a core part of working together within the nursing team and across disciplines.

This role is full time, working a mix of shifts around a rota including days and nights.

The pay rate for this Band 6 CAMHS Nurse is £25.00 per hour (Umbrella) for weekdays, £30.00 per hour (Umbrella) for Saturdays and lates, £33.00 per hour (Umbrella) for Sundays and Bank Holidays. This is a 3 month contract, due to start ASAP.

Requirements of this Band 6 CAMHS Nurse vacancy:

• All applications must be a registered mental health nurse with Valid NMC pin.

• You must have CAMHS experience

• You must be willing to work a mixture of shifts as required.
