Maxxima’s nursing team is currently recruiting for a Band 6 CAMHS Practitioner, to fill a full time role in the community CAMHS Team in Preston. The ideal candidate will have knowledge and skills working within a CAMHS Team.  
Your role will be community based offering initial assessments and ongoing interventions to children and young people up to 18.
The team are looking for applicants from a professional background (Mental Health Nurse, Social Worker or Psychologist ) and ideally have experience working with children and families.
This is a full time position, working Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours a week.
The pay rate for this Band 6 CAMHS Practitioner is £23.00 per hour (Umbrella) and is to start as soon as possible.
Requirements of this Band 6 CAMHS Practitioner vacancy:
  • You must be a Registered Mental Health Nurse with a valid NMC Pin or QSW with HCPC registration
  • You must have significant CAMHS experience
  • You must be able to drive as this role is community based
