Maxxima's nursing team are currently recruiting for a Band 6 Care Coordinator-Early Intervention Team to fill a full-time role in Southall, West London. The ideal candidate will have a significant understanding of Care within Early Intervention.
In this NHS role, you will work in partnership with At Risk mental state (ARMS) and First Episode of Psychosis (FEP) service users wrapping care and treatment around hope and aspiration informing their care and recovery plans. You must be able to demonstrate an understanding of clinical intervention evidenced based for this particular care group including, education and support. Throughout you must promote the safety and wellbeing of service users and their families/carers. You will need to assess, plan and implement care and provide specialist advice.
This role is Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00, 37.5 hours a week.
The pay rate for this Band 6 Care Coordinator is £24.00 per hour (Umbrella). This will be a 12-month contract and a start date of ASAP.
Requirements of this Band 6 Care Coordinator vacancy:
* All applications must be a registered mental health nurse with a Valid NMC pin.
* All applicants must have community mental health experience.
* All applicants must have experience undertaking assessments and providing treatment to adults who have severe and enduring mental illness.
* You must have similar experience to this role.
* Must have a driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes.
