Job description

Maxxima’s nursing team is currently recruiting for Band 6 Care Co-ordinators/RMNs to fill a full-time role in the Mental Health Team based in Westminster, London. The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of working with Mental Health Services.

 

We are looking Band 6 Care Co-ordinators/RMNs to work for at least 12 months in Westminster, London working with the Mental Health Service.

 

The pay rate for this Band 6 Care Co-ordinators/RMN’s role is up to £28 (umbrella rate) and is due to start ASAP.

 

The shift pattern is 9am-5pm, 37.5 hours per week.

The ideal candidate will have a significant understanding of mental health practices within the NHS.

In this NHS role, you will have to provide nursing and social care in the community for homeless people who are not already in contact with statutory services.

 You will need to undertake care co-coordinator responsibilities for individual service users within the context of a multidisciplinary team, including engagement, assessment and care planning aimed at improving mental health accessing and housing.

The team work in a therapeutic, client-centred way and use a range of evidence-based interventions to help promote recovery through individual or joint working with other professionals.

*All applications must be a registered mental health nurse with Valid NMC pin and have some knowledge about working in a community mental health environment. Applicants must also have experience undertaking assessments and providing treatment to adults who have severe and enduring mental illness
