Maxxima’s nursing team are currently recruiting for Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse to fill a full-time role in Canvey. The ideal candidate will have a significant understanding of mental health care coordination practices within the NHS. 
 
In this NHS role, you will as the Care Coordinator for the assessment and coordination of care needs, planning and implementation of evidence based care to a defined group of service users and their carers within a defined catchment area/locality. You will provide professional advice and support to other agencies and members of the multidisciplinary team, To act as a role model and resource for junior/less experienced staff.
 
This role is Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00, and is a 3 month contract due to start ASAP. 
 
The pay rate for this Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse is £24.00 per hour (Umbrella). 
 
Requirements of this Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse vacancy:
All applications must be registered mental health nurses with Valid NMC pin.
You must have previous experience as a Care Coordinator 
You must be a driver with access to a vehicle
