Maxxima's nursing team are current recruiting for a Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse to fill a full-time role in Grays, Essex. The ideal candidate will have a significant understanding of Mental Health nursing practices within the NHS.



In this NHS Recovery and Wellbeing Team, you will act as the named care co-ordinator and manage the coordination of care needs, planning and implementation of evidence based care to a defined group of service users with complex needs, history of disengagement, dual diagnosis and their carers, within a defined catchment area/locality.


This role is a 7-day service and includes 3 shift patterns; 08:00-16:00, 09:00-17:00, 12:00-20:00, each staff member works one weekend in four weeks.



The pay rate for this Band 6 CPN is £24.00 for the days, £28.00 for Saturdays and £32.00 for Sundays per hour (Umbrella), 12 week contract due to start ASAP.


Requirements of this Band 6 CPN vacancy:

* All applications must be a registered mental health nurse with Valid NMC pin.

* All applicants must have community mental health / CPN experience.

* All applicants must have experience undertaking assessments and providing treatment to adults who have severe and enduring mental illness.

* You must be a car driver.
