Maxxima’s nursing team is currently recruiting for Band 6 CPN’s to fill a full-time role in the Mental Health Team based in Redbridge. The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of working with Mental Health Services.
We are looking for a Band 6 CPN’s to work for at least 3 months in Redbridge working with the Mental Health Service.
The pay rate for this Band 6 CPN’s role is up to £24 (PAYE rate including holiday pay) and is due to start as soon as possible.
ROLE: Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse MALE ONLY Ref; R16
Team Name: Redbridge Access & Assessment Team (G1B1)
Address: The Grove, Grove Road, Chadwell Heath, RM6 4XH
Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm
Duration: 3 months
Responsibilities: Complete telephone triage & initial assessments, carry a caseload of clients, onward referrals/professional meetings & liaison as required, MDT working. Caseload cleansing.
Skills: Experience in community mental health assessment: key working or care coordinator role. Ideally experience in an access team/SPA. Knowledge of local area & RiO experience preferential.
