Maxxima’s nursing team are currently recruiting for a Band 6 Mental Health Nurse to fill a full-time role, in the Hounslow Recovery Team.
 
As a Community Mental Health Nurse, you will be responsible for the assessment of care needs and the development, implementation and evaluation of programmes of care for a defined caseload; and maintaining associated records. You will also assist in leading and monitoring the performance and work of the nursing staff; supervising the work of other nursing staff and student nurses. The Community Mental Health Nurse will deputise for the senior practitioner when required.
 
The pay rate for this Band 6 Mental Health Nurse role is £25.00 per hour (umbrella rate).
 
Requirements of this Band 6 Mental Health Nurse vacancy:
  • Registered Mental Health Nurse, with NMC PIN
  • Experience in the application of the competencies required in Band 5 Nursing KSF Full Outline
  • Experience in the application of processes related to Band 5 KSF Full Outline
  • A sound working knowledge and application of the NMC Code of Practice
