Maxxima's nursing team are current recruiting for a Band 6 Community Mental Health Practitioner (RMN or QW) to fill a full-time role in Walthamstow, London. The ideal candidate will have a significant understanding of mental health within the community.

In this NHS role, your role will be to build effective relationships with people who use your services, and with their relatives and carers. You will need to form trusting relationships quickly, to help individuals understand their situation and get the best possible outcome. You must be able to manage a diverse workload and be able to write risk management plans, assess and review risks. You will need to provide recovery focused interventions to the patients within the community.

This role is 09:00-17:00, Monday to Friday

The pay rate for this Band 6 Community Mental Health Practitioner is £24.00 per hour (Umbrella), 3-month contract due to start ASAP.

Requirements of this Band 6 Community Mental Health Practitioner vacancy:
* All applications must be a registered mental health nurse with Valid NMC pin.
* Must have experience working in the community.
* Must have experience of working with service users that present complex issues
* Must be a car driver with access to your own vehicle
