Maxxima’s nursing team are currently recruiting for a Band 6 Mental Health Practitioner (Community Psychiatric Nurse or Qualified Social Worker) to fill a full-time role in Ealing, West London. The ideal candidates will have a significant understanding of mental health nursing within the NHS.
 
This NHS role will require you to review a very large and diverse caseload within a ‘task and finish’ framework.
This service aims to ensure that patients are safely transferred to Primary care of the GP service to get aligned with MINT Model.

This role will be 5 days a week, 4 days may be considered for the right applicant.
 
Interviews ASAP, the role is to start early May 2020.
 
The pay rate for this Band 6 Mental Health Practitioner is £25.00 (umbrella).
 
Requirements for this Band 6 Mental Health Practitioner vacancy:
  • You must be a registered mental health nurse with a valid NMC or Qualified Social Worker with valid registration.
  • Must have excellent report writing and time management skills
  • Must have experience with mental health.
