Maxxima's nursing team are current recruiting for a Band 6 Multi-disciplinary path worker to fill a full-time role in Gillingham. The ideal candidate will have a significant understanding of children and young people and the practises in this NHS role.

Your role will be to complete initial and prioritise assessments for children and young people in the Medway locality. the overall purpose is to ensure that all initial and urgent referrals are completed within timescale. You will also undertake direct work with young people and have case management responsibilities.

This role is a Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:00.

The pay rate for this Band 6 Multi-disciplinary path worker role is £24.00 per hour (Umbrella), 3-month contract due to start ASAP.

Requirements of this Band 6 Multi-disciplinary path worker - CAMHS Assessment Team vacancy:
* Must be a graduated qualified health care professional.
* Prefer CAMHS experience.
* Must be fully registered as either NMC or HCPC.
* Must have extensive clinical experience.
