Job description

Maxxima’s nursing team are currently recruiting for a Band 6 Registered Mental Health Nurse to fill a full-time role in the Older adults Dementia and Frailty Service in Epping, Essex. The ideal candidate will have a significant understanding of Mental Health within the NHS.

In this NHS role, you will be a part of the mental health dementia team and provide care to those part of the service. You must ensure that you always provide high-quality care and note all information into the patient's file and sustain confidentiality throughout.

This role is full time 09:00-17:00, Monday to Friday, due to start ASAP until May 2021.

The pay rate for this Band 6 Registered Mental Health Nurse is £24.00 per hour (Umbrella).

Requirements of this Band 6 Registered Mental Health Nurse vacancy:

  • All applications must be a registered mental health nurse with Valid NMC pin
  • Must have experience working in a mental health setting
  • Must be a driver with access to your own vehicle
  • Must have experience within older adults/dementia services
  • Must have experience of CHC/ commissioning processes
  • Must have excellent communication skills and be IT literate
