Maxxima’s Nursing Team are currently recruiting for a Band 6 RMN to fill a full time role in Milton Keynes. The ideal candidate will have a significant understanding of discharge coordination in mental health.

This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of the Rapid Engagement and Support Team (REST). Your role will be supporting discharge coordination during the winter period. You will be responsible for the provision of 1-1 key working and case management for patients discharge to the care of addictions services. Part of your role will be to ensure a seamless transition of prescribed interventions for substance use e.g. OST or alcohol detoxification medications, delivery of psychosocial recovery interventions such as motivational interviewing and relapse management.

The pay rate for this Band 6 RMN role is £24.00 Umbrella PH. The role is starting ASAP, working Monday-Friday 9am-5pm initially for 3 months.

Requirements of this Band 6 RMN vacancy:
  • All applications must be a registered mental health nurse with Valid NMC pin.
  • You must have experience of discharge coordination
  • You will have experience of 1-1 key working
  • You must have experience of case managing patients with addictions
