Maxxima's nursing team are currently recruiting for a Band 7 Registered Mental Health Nurse to work as a Care Coordinator in this full or part-time role in Ealing, West London.

The ideal candidate will have a significant understanding and working with adults with learning disabilities as this role is working within the psych part of the service.


Your role will be to provide effective care and specialist advice for those people with psychosis and complex mental health needs and learning disabilities, this will allow you to support their wellbeing and recovery process.

This role is ideally working full time - 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday, but the manager will look at applications from those who can work 3 or more days per week.

The pay rate for this Band 7 Care Coordinator is £28.00 per hour (Umbrella), 5 month contract due to start ASAP.


Requirements of this Band 7 Care Coordinator vacancy:

* All applications must be a registered RMN with substantial experience with learning disabilities
* You must have some previous community experience
