Maxxima's nursing team are current recruiting for a Band 7 Care Coordinator to fill a part-time role in Ealing, West London. The ideal candidate will have a significant understanding of learning disabilities in adults.
Your role will be to provide effective care and specialist advice for those people with psychosis and complex mental health needs and learning disabilities, this will allow you to support their wellbeing and recovery process.
This role is a full time role Monday - Friday.
The pay rate for this Band 7 Care Coordinator is £28.00 per hour (Umbrella), 5 month contract due to start ASAP.
Requirements of this Band 7 Care Coordinator vacancy:
* All applications must be a registered RMN/RNLD
* You must have experience with learning disabilities
* You must have some previous community experience
* Must have experience with working with adults.
