Maxxima Nursing Team is currently seeking for a Band 7 Dental Theatre Manager to fill a full-time role in Birmingham. The ideal candidate will have expert knowledge in providing strong leadership and direction to all staff across the department and act as a point of contact for advice and expertise relating to professional issues. 

 

In this NHS role you will provide clinical working in theatre and maintain effective management and leadership promoting a high standard of safely delivered evidence based clinical care throughout the department.

 

This role will be Monday-Friday, 07:30-18:00, flexible hours maybe considered.

 

The pay rate for this Band 7 Dental Theatre manager is £28.00 per hour (Umbrella) due to start ASAP.

 

Requirements of the Band 7 Dental Theatre Manager:

  • Your must have experience in a managerial role
  • Support families as the recovery environment can be distressing, hostile or antagonistic when recovering from anaesthesia.
  • To assess, plan, implement and evaluate care provision in partnership with the patients, families and all members of the multi-disciplinary team.
  • Develop and empower all members of your team to perform to high standards and innovate.
  • Deal with highly complex treatments and recovery with special needs and children
