Maxxima’s nursing team are currently recruiting for a Band 7 Safeguarding Practitioner to fill a full-time role in Clapton, East London. The ideal candidate will have a significant understanding of safeguarding within the NHS.
 
In this NHS role, you will identify learning needs for multidisciplinary teams in the community, you will deliver training and education packages when necessary to meet the needs of the current guidelines that are present. You will need to audit and evaluate all training that is provided. You must be able to provide support and advice to all staff groups and deal with any safeguarding issues.
 
This role is 37.5 hours a week.
 
The pay rate for this Band 7 Safeguarding Practitioner is £30.00 per hour (Umbrella). This will be a 5 -month contract due to start ASAP.
 
Requirements of this Band 7 Safeguarding Practitioner vacancy:
  • All applications must have a valid NMC pin.
  • Must have experience providing support and supervision in safeguarding adult cases.
  • Must have similar role experiences.
  • Must have a clear knowledge and understanding of safeguarding.
