Maxxima's Nursing team are currently recruiting for a Band 8a Infection Prevention and Control Nurse to fill a full time, 9 am - 5 pm, Monday to Friday job role in Central London. The ideal candidate will have a significant understanding of nursing practices within the NHS.

Your role will include successfully leading change to deliver a high-quality service through the provision of expert, highly specialised advice on all matters relating to infection prevention and control, such as outbreak management, audit, risk assessment, policy and report writing and presentations to senior clinicians, managers, wards and departments.

The pay rate for this locum Band 8a Infection Prevention and Control Nurse job is £320 per day (Umbrella) and is a full time 3-month contract, due to start asap.

Requirements and details of this Band 8a Infection Control Nurse vacancy:

* You must be a registered general with a valid NMC pin
* You must have experience within the NHS
* You must have considerable experience working within infection control
* You must have a relevant infection prevention and control qualification
* You must have considerable leadership experience
