Maxxima are recruiting for band 8a Clinical Psychologist for the adult mental health inpatient unit in Doncaster. This a 12 month 30 hours a week role to cover maternity leave.

As the ideal candidate you will be asked to provide a specialist clinical psychology service to clients referred to Cusworth and Brodsworth Acute Adult Mental Health Inpatient Units, and occasional input when needed to Skelbrooke Psychiatric Intensive Care Unit. To do this you will provide psychological assessment and individual and group therapy at the same time as offering advice and consultation on clients' psychological care to non-psychologist colleagues and to other, non professional carers. You will be asked to work autonomously within professional guidelines and the overall framework of the service's policies and procedures.
