Maxxima’s Social Work team are currently recruiting for Children’s Social Workers to fill job roles in Leicester

The role will be based within Children and Families Services who are looking for Qualified Social Workers to start as soon as possible on a full-time basis.

The pay rate for these roles is up to £32 per hour, and the roles will initially be a three-month contract, with the likelihood of extension.

We are looking for experienced Children and Families Social Workers to work in the following busy service

We are looking for passionate and committed Level 2 and 3 Social Workers to join our Single Assessment team.
With supportive and visible management team as well as manageable caseloads, you will be offered regular reflective supervision. We also offer agile and flexible working that supports a healthy work life balance.

We use Signs of Safety as a model of intervention to support sound Social Work practice. In terms of developing practice and learning, you will have the opportunity to participate in group supervision and mapping sessions on casework.

Your role
You will be required to undertake single assessments; Child protection inquiries and initial court proceedings. Using a variety of social work skills and methods, you will be working with children and families to offer short-term interventions to resolve their circumstances with our support. You will responsible for efficient caseload management and work in accordance with the Division's child care policies and relevant child care legislation.
