Senior Cross Sectional Radiographer - London - Permanent

Maxxima have recently partnered with a leading private hospital. We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Cross-sectional Radiographer who can provide overall support for the clinical leadership for the service. This post is based in Central London, which is easily accessible via public transport.

About the role:
As a Senior Cross-Sectional Radiographer, you will beworking in a clinical and service development capacity to ensure the service to patients is planned, delivered, and evaluated in line with evidence-based practice. Working closely with the multi-disciplinary team to help create and maintain a robust service whilst seamlessly incorporating other centre services.

Your main responsibilities as a Senior Cross-Sectional Radiographer:

• Assess the clinical justification of Radiography referrals Act as an operator under IRMER (2000)

• Perform intravenous cannulation and manual injection of contrast agent on completion of training and/or hospital competency

• To work across MRI & CT

What we are looking for in a Senior Cross-Sectional Radiographer:

• Diagnostic Diploma of College of Radiographers or BSc Hons

• Evidence of CPD

• 2 years post qualification experience in CT/MRI

• Current HPC registration

• Radiation Protection Certificate
