Maxxima's Social Work team are currently recruiting for Team Manager to fill a full-time job role in Dudley
The roles will be based within Social Services, who are looking for Team Manager to start as soon as possible on a full-time basis. The pay rate for this role is Negotiable
Requirements and details of this vacancy
Purpose of the job: a) Provide leadership, operational management and direction in the delivery of the following service: o Multi-disciplinary teams providing social care services to children, young people and adults with disabilities, aged 0-25 years, and their families and carers. b) Develop working practice to deliver a streamlined and integrated service from 0-25 years. c) Integrate social care into SEND education, health and care plans (EHCPs), and contribute to the annual EHCP reviews. d) Support the service to develop leading edge practice in response to the Care Act 2014,Children & Families Act 2014 and related SEND Code of Practice and statutory regulations. e) Contribute to the strategic development of the service. f) Promote a culture of strong partnership working across all disciplines, internal and external partners, and stakeholders, at operational levels, to deliver integrated support and key strategies for people aged 0-25 years with disabilities, their families and carers. g) Support co-production to ensure the service is responsive and accountable to local people, and meets local needs, including involving children, young people and adults aged 0-25, families and carers. h) Ensure that the service exemplifies high quality, effective working practices, and achieves improved outcomes for customers, in line with all relevant legislation, statutory guidance and best practice..
