Maxxima are currently recruiting for Children and Families Team Manager for Children’s Services to fill a Temporary/Full Time role in Blackpool
We are currently keen to recruit some additional management support for the Supporting Our Children service. As a team manager of this service you will be expected to have a good knowledge and understanding of court proceedings, know how to manage these and avoid drift and delay, comply with the requirements of the law and understand how to achieve the best possible outcome for our Children. This will not only include those children becoming looked after but those who discharge of care order or SGO is an option.
In addition you will support a number of social workers to work with and manage a caseload of those children subject to plans of permanence who are subject to full care orders and long term placements. You will have what is needed to support this service on its improvement journey, improving quality of assessments, visits, court work, placements and the lived experience of our children.

The pay rate for this Adults Team Manager role is up to £40 per hour umbrella.
