Maxxima is currently recruiting for Administrators to join the team for a full-time role based in Nottingham

This role will be working locally providing administration support to a healthcare research project.

You must have experience of working within a busy administration role, preferable within a healthcare environment but it is more important to have good administration skills. You will be booking in patients to a busy site to ensure that appointments run to time.

We are looking for Administrators to work up to 5 days per week, Monday – Friday, with a possibility of weekend working.

Days can be long with shifts of up to 12 hours from 7.30am – 7.30pm depending on the site

The role will pay up to £16 per hour (umbrella rate). Weekends will be paid at enhanced rates

The site is based in Nottingham and will be open from April

These positions are available now and run until at least the end of August 2023 and is a temporary contract initially with a possibility of extension

Requirements of this Administrator vacancy:
  • You must be an administrator preferable with recent experience of at least 12 months.
