Maxxima have recently partnered with  one of the UK’s specialist provider of healthcare solutions. We are currently looking for an experienced Cellular Pathology Quality Manager, who can provide overall support for the clinical leadership of the service. This post is based in Central London which will include working across 3 different hospital laboratories.
 
About the role:
As a Cellular Pathology Quality Manager, you will be working in a clinical and service development capacity to ensure the service within the hospital laboratory is planned, delivered and evaluated in line with evidence-based practice.

Your main responsibilities as a Cellular Pathology Quality Manager:
  • Administration, monitoring & implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS)
  • Oversee quality & compliance activities
  • Provide QMS training across group and to assist in the organisation of and chairing the departmental Quality Management Group meetings
 
What we are looking for in a Cellular Pathology Quality Manager:
  • A post graduate qualification in Biomedical/ Life Sciences 
  • Significant experience of working as a quality lead in a Cellular Pathology laboratory
  • Experience of laboratory UKAS accreditation and HTA Inspections 
  • Good organisational and communication skills
