Job description
The Occupational Therapy team at Maxxima are currently recruiting for a qualified and experienced Band 5/6 Neuro Occupational Therapist in East London. If successful, you will be working full-time or part-time hours from Monday to Friday. Previous experience of working within the NHS is desirable for this role.

Location: Mile End Hospital, East London
Hours: Full time or part time
Duration: 3 months minimum
Job description:
Previous neuro experience is essential. Community experience desirable.Caseload: assess and provide intervention to adults with a neurological diagnosis in their own homes, local community or in our gym and clinic space. Caseload involves patients with acquired brain injury (e.g Traumatic Brain Injury); spinal cord injury; progressive conditions such as MND, Parkinsons and Multiple Sclerosis and other neuro muscular diagnoses. To work in an MDT with PT, SLT, Psychology, a neuro navigator, support staff and allocated social workers.
