Job description
Maxxima have recently partnered with one of the UK’s largest specialist provider of diagnostic and healthcare solutions. We are currently looking for 2 experienced Occupational Therapist (Emergency & Acute) , who can provide overall support for the clinical leadership of the service. This post is based in Luton, which is easily accessible via public transport.
About the role:
As an Occupational Therapist, you will be working in a clinical and service development capacity to ensure the service to patients is planned, delivered and evaluated in line with evidence-based practice. You will also work closely with the multi-disciplinary team to help create and maintain a robust service.

- To plan, supervise, educate and assess the performance of occupational therapy students on placement within the acute medicine area, maintaining Local universities placement standards
- With support from the specialist occupational therapist contribute to the design and implementation of evidence-based audits and research projects to further clinical practice and improve service delivery
- HCPC registration
- BSc (Hons) Occupational Therapy or equivalent
- Experience of MDT working
- The legal right to work in the UK
- Variety of relevant clinical experience
