Rotational Clinical Pharmacist - Grantham - Permanent

Maxxima have recently partnered with one of the UK’s specialist provider of healthcare solutions. We are currently looking for an experienced Rotational Clinical Pharmacist, who can provide overall support for the clinical leadership of the service. This post is based in Grantham, which is easily accessible via public transport.
 
About the role:
As a Rotational Clinical Pharmacist, you will be working in a clinical and service development capacity to ensure the service to patients is planned, delivered and evaluated in line with evidence-based practice. You will achieve this by providing clinical pharmacist service to the hospital's wards and other departments.

Your main responsibilities as a Rotational Clinical Pharmacist:

• Support with Clinical checking of prescriptions to ensure appropriateness, effectiveness,compliance with medicines legislation and monitoring for Risk Management issues
• Dispensing and final checking
• Ensuring compliance with the Medicines Management Policy, the Trust Formulary and other Trust Policies
• Answering medicines related queries

• UK Experience in similar role
• The legal right to work in the UK
• Gphc
