Maxxima’s permanent team are recruiting for a Scrub Theatre Practitioner based in Central London. This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading private hospital group, where the theatres are a vibrant, exciting and professional environment with advance equipment and technology that is second to none.
As a Scrub Theatre Practitioner, you will supporting the many complex procedures carried out daily across a range of acute specialities, including Gynae & Obstetrics, as well as general and paediatric surgery.
Location: North West London
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time (37.5 Hours)
Hrs: Monday-Saturday, shift patterns of 7:30-4pm, 12:30-9pm or 4pm-9pm

On a Typical Day you will
- Deliver a consistently high standard of patient care utilising evidence based practice
- Assess, plan, deliver and evaluate all aspects of patient care
- Prepare patients and provide assistance for clinical/operative procedures
- Participate fully as a team member, including working in all areas of the theatre suite, sharing knowledge and information and supporting colleagues, to promote a cohesive team and the achievement of team objectives
What will you need to succeed in this role?
- Operating Department Practitioner/Registered Nurse qualified
- Post graduate experience in Theatres
- Current HCPC/NMC Registration
