Job description
Maxxima have recently partnered with a one of the UK’s largest specialist provider of healthcare solutions. We are currently looking for an experienced Theatre Practitioner - Recovery / Anaesthetics, who can provide overall support for the service. This post is based in Central London, which is easily accessible via public transport.
About the role:
You will be working in a clinical and service development capacity to ensure the service is planned, delivered, and evaluated in line with evidence-based practice. Working closely with the multi-disciplinary team to help create and maintain a robust service whilst seamlessly incorporating other services such as Recovery and Anaesthetics.

Your main responsibilities as a Theatre Practitioner:
- Providing individualized evidence-based care to patients following surgery.
- To provide skilled assistance in the anaesthetic and recovery room
- To ensure that professional and national standards are met in accordance to the Nursing & Midwifery Council (NMC)
What we are looking for in a Theatre Practitioner:
- Operating Department Practitioner/Registered Nurse qualified
- The legal right to work in the UK
- Post graduate experience in Theatres
- Current NMC Registration
